      back tracking in progress...
Saturday:- Went to Expo for the "Big Boyz Toyz" or "BBTz" exhibition with Rie, hoping to see more about concept cars, boats, yachtes, whateva that's funny, strange, interesting and new.... but was damn disappointed because all there is was one small lil' boat, a few unique cars(like the Lotus, Lamboghini,etc...) here and there, the rally cars and the ferraris... the other automobile exhibition is more like those tents outside shopping centres and in pasar malam selling common cars like the Hyundaissss, Sangyongssss.

There are also those that sells bike (I mean motorbike, although there's one booth selling bicycle that looks like choppers from the discovery channel's show, The America Chopper) and lotsa scramble bikes that would make KR drool... lolx....

The rest is like selling things from Skates, Spa treatments, Electronics products to car-care and maintenance products and survices.... The highlighted Bikini babes of FHM was also like CMI to me man... definately not very model-like (read: pretty)

Went out of the BBTz and go over to the FREE SITEX 2005 exhibits which is alot more fun than the BBTz IMO... there are helluva lot of computer products and also the AnimaXion (or something similar) where they showcase different animation and game design course from polys and private institutions.

Met Esther and her bf at the Lexmark booth and its like dunnoe how many times we saw her bf and her outside already... lolx...

After the exhibition, I went to my cousin's BDay bash at Siglap community centre where they booked the entire ktv outlet for her... Rie went home after the exhibition. Saw my other cousin and her "superstar" BF there too, confirming the "rumors" I've heard over the past months... lolx... only heard them sing a Duet of a non-duet song, JJ's Hui You Na Me Yi Tian

Sang only 3 songs due to the time constrain (only had 2 hours left before close shop when I arrive) and also too many people waiting to sing liao... and they are Z Chen's May I Love You and Li Sheng Jie's Yuan Zhou Gao Fei and Wo Dong Le Ta...

Yesterday:- Did not went to skool today due to the same reason again... overslept... think I might have lost my motivations liao with resulted from a chain of events in last semesters I believe.. Met Rie @ Cityhall station to catch 'Just Like Heaven' @ 5.20pm which is the last screening islandwide for the day... used the GV movie money so the movie could be considered FOC lolx... its a nice show but we were sitting at the second row from the screen and also I was watching it on an empty stomach, haven't been eating since the nice before... hungry and almost got gastric pain...

After the movie, we went to have dinner at the most expensive fast food in Singapore, Carl's Jr which is at Marina Square Lv 1, order a Famous Star with Cheese combo and a Sourdough Bacon something something buger and it costed me $16.40.. well, the money worthy part is that the drinks are refillable which allows me to go refill several times.... actually only three time from three different drinks, Sprite, Ice Lemon Tea and Zappel.... I might go and try out the food there again once I've got the "financial might" to do so....Lolx...

      Ghostly encounter 2...
Lastest news to the previous post.... more updates about the lift incident.... there are actually 2 (at least 1) other women inside the lift with them... and the lift was open at the 19 floor.... my aunt who alight there is that she said the 2 ladies was standing behind her and she went out of the lift to allow them to get out of the lift and that the lift door closes before she can get back into the lift....

But the conflicting views is that my mum and the other two aunt saw that the lady/ladies was actually infront of her and she followed them out....

One things for sure is that they had actually have encounter with some ghost or super natural beings....

Will update more if I heard more interesting info about it... Stay tuned...

      Ghostly Encounter.....
My mum came back from bangkok yesterday, one day earlier than the planned return whcih should be today because all four of them who went and stayed at the same room had some encounter with the supernatural being/s. unfortunately, I can't reveal the hotel name so as to avoid being haul into court for some charges of defamation or civil lawsuit...

On the first night after their arrival at the hotel straight from the airport... everyone was asleep when my mum notice that the TV was still on and it keeps switching from one channel to another. thinking that it was a prank by one of my aunt, she went to switch off the TV but as soon as she went to bed again, the TV was switched on again and started the channel switching. this time she just ignore it and turn her back away from the TV's brightness and face the cupboard where she notice that the cupboard light was being turned on and off repeatedly, again she thought that it was my aunt who is playing a prank and decided to ignore it too...

The next day, when they are getting ready to go out, she open the cupboard and discover that the light in the cupboard is sensor-trigger when you open its door and not operated by a switch... after that they all went out....

When they are returning back to their room on the 21st floor, the lift opens on the 15 floor and one of my aunt walks out of the lift, they tried to call out to her and press open the lift door but the door simply shut itself and the lift continue up to the 21st floor then my aunt who step out on the 15 floor took another lift up to the floor where their room is at.

In their hotel room, they were laughing and joking that my aunt who alight on the 15 floor was blur blur to do so and just when my mother was coming out of the bathroom, she felt that someone smacked her hard on her back.. the impact was so hard that she spited her vomit out everywhere... from then one, everyone kept vomiting the whole day until they return to Singapore... another of my aunt also said that she saw two TV inside their room the first night...

From the brochure they brought back from the hotel shows that their hotel was quite a new hotel and the interior was very nice and done up tastefully, making it hard to imagine that something like these would happened there unlike those older, run-down hotel or motel...

My guess is that the 'thing' might have follow them from the airport to their room to disturb them.... this is what I know from them... and if you wanna know about the hotel, just msg me on msn and I might tell u the name... lolx... I would tell you if you promise to keep it a secret lolx...

Finally, the Slee has return to bloggie land! lolx... finally get the idiotic Internet Service Provider who likes holding us customer to ransom to reconnect my internet...lolx... this past few days without the connection to the net make me realize that something is wrong with me... and that is I'm severely addicted to the world of internet... Gotta do something about it soon... maybe I should try go running everyday before I go home... but first, I must learn how to persevere as I seem to give up on running very soon after a few session lolx....

Looking at the time of this post, I guess that I would nbe sleeping at all as skool will soon commence @ 8.30am, which means, I gotta get ready and leave my house the lastest by 7.00am for the 45min to 1hour (depending one the driver's "mood") long and lonely train journey to the "Sacred" place a.k.a Singapore Polytechnic... lolx... must go to skool on time and everyday as I got a warning from our class-rep....LOLX~!!! -_-"

Sometime, just wish that I would meet someone whom I know on the way so that the journey would not be that boring (it's been boring ever since SOMEONE "destroyed" my MP3 player!!!) but ofcoz I would wish that it would not be someone whom I hate...X_x"

Hmm... guess I've got nothing else to post here for now so, please check back tomorrow as there might be new surprises awaiting...ciaoz fer now..

      Post this Post that...
Yesterday:

Met up with Aaron, Shimin and their friends(two of them) to go to CMPB for the checkup at bedok MRT station, 7.30am in the morning. one of shimin friend was late and we decided not to wait for him any longer as he did not pick up their call whatsoever...

Reach CMPB at around 9.00 am and was only out of it by 2.10pm in the afternoon man... should have had our breakfast before going for the checkup.... anyway, I got PES BP.... and it was so because that freaking officer who was taking my height anyhow take it and the result shows that I was only a short 169cm... it's not possible as by any means I'm taller than aaron. So how in the world would I be 169 while he stands at 170cm?? holy god has the answer....

After the checkup, went to skool to meet my project group member and dear... I'll just cut short the yesterday post and post today's...

Today-

Stayed at dear's home as I was too tired to go home yesterday and it was raining heavily outside too...

She woke me up at around 9.00am as we had lesson at 10.30am... toss and turn around before waking up at 9.55am, go wash up and had breakfast before rushing to skool at 10.05am...

Reach skool about 5 minutes late and met gallen on the way to class... Safety and Environment for Shipping lecturer, Jukka mark us late.... I mean, just about 10 minutes and you really mark us late? what the hell...

Today his lesson never teach anything... just talk about the project groupping which is chosen by him.... for my group, I'm teamed up with Esther, Chin Huat, Gallen, Yvonne and Jennifer. Chin Huat said that he will 'tank' the project ask ask us not to worry about it... lolx

Dear and Gallen went to bbdc for their driving lesson and test respectively while I stayed in skool as there is still Bunkering lesson later on... I went to jumbo for makan with Andy, Kum Fai, Ah Long, Esther and Gina (Chin Huat and Kian Ruey stayed in Foodcourt 2 to eat Mcdonalds)

After Skool, we all guys went to play counter-strike at Queenstown's Genie Funland till around 7.00pm or so before going to have dinner at the nearby hawker centre... the cha kuay tiao was having long queue as usual and the charcoal grill western food require us to wait for about 1/2 hour... we decided to eat the other stall which sell char kuay tiao and carrot cake... I order black carrot cake while Ah Long order char kuay tiao and carrot cake... the service was bad as we order the carrot cake from like light years ago while people who came long after us to order the char kuay tiao get their order first.... stupid hawker only care about cooking the kuay tiao... if not that we had already paid for our carrot cake, we would have gone and order other food and heck care about the uncles and thier long-waiting carrot cake which was not of any good standard...

After dinner, Gallen, Chin Huat, Yiwei and Ah Long went drinking at the coffee shop near the MRT station while I, Andy and Kum Fai accompany them there... We went off at around 10.00pm except for Gallen and Yiwei who was still drinking there...by the way, Gallen say he failed again because the tester gave him at instruction to do a U-Turn too early and he did that one junction before the correct one which is at the next junction and its considered an illegal U-Turn. Hence, causing him to get immediate failure... nvm, I think the third try for him would be enough to get his class 3 license already.. good luck man... lolx, as if he would saw this lolx....

      What The......
Not gonna post about what I did today. Instead, I want to talk about the "mai-a-hi, mai-a-ho, mai-a-hey..." Guo Mei Mei's new song.... I mean, what the hell is she singing about man... from her first single of "Lao Shu Ai Da Mi" which I heard from Lim that it contain 9 different remix of the Lao Shu Ai Da Mi to the current album/single of the "Bu Pa Bu Pa", practically it song is the one where you heard when the chicken little asks you to switch off your handphone and pager before the show start is cinema, just that they change the lyric to Chinese and its about not being afraid of cockroaches....

whenever the song start playing when her commercial are shown, I always have the urge to switch channel or even switch off the television..... well, I not saying that I hate the singer, its just that I really can't stand the song... which goes "Kan Jian Zhang Lang, Wo Bu Pa Bu Pa La, Wo Shen Jing Bi Jiao Da, Bu Pa Bu Pa Bu Pa La...." I personally think its not "Sheng Jing Bi Jiao Da" but rather its more likely to be a case of "Sheng Jing Bing"... lolx...

Anyone share the same sentiments as me? lolx... anyway, this is just my two cents and its not about anti-guo mei mei speech whatsoever... just don't like the way of them changing the song from a techno(i think) to a song about not being afraid of cockroaches.... lolx...

      Easy Work
Today woke up at around 12.30pm, wash up and was getting ready to go have my lunch before going to work when I realise that my Dad did not gave me extra money for me to go and make a new spectacle as required for my CMPB checkup...

Called my mum to inform her about it and she went to transfer the $50 for me to give the optician as deposit... My spec cost a total of $130 man... the most expensive spec I ever bought, though its not branded... lolx

Ate Chicken Rice(again... lolx) and then walk around before getting the train ride to Expo as my work start at 3.00pm... luckily, there is no train fault on my way to Expo...

Reached Expo station and there were like thousand of people alighting... I guess most of them are there for the "Taste Asia Pacific Food Fare 2005" event where there are many different kinds of food to savour...

The Van Gogh Booth where I work is quite popular to the visitors of the "Wine For Asia 2005" Event although it is the only one there that does not sell Wine (they only sell vodka)...

Maybe its because after testing all the Wine, people wanna try out something else, so that's why they crowd around our booth to try out some Vodka... From what I heard, the best seller is the Espresso and Dutch Vodka which is sold out before I reach there... (too bad they are still not available at the market yet, only in DFS shop i think... good news is that I heard that they are negotiating with some distributors to try and bring the vodka in before christmas...).. altogether they sell 12 kinds of Vodka that are worth trying apart from the ones from Absolut which is available in the market... Wasted that I did not get any samples back as event the samples are bought or taken by other ppl... sigh...

By around 7,00pm, we already wrapped everything up and my work today is finished... Collected my pay from Jermaine of Singex, the pay was calculated for 14hours, although I only worked for 10hours(6hrs on Wednesday and 4 hours today....)...

After that, I went to Eastpoint to have dinner, beef ramen and then I go to the optic shop to place the order and deposit for my spec which will be ready around monday night which is good as I would have needed it on Wednesday 16 nov...

Came back home after that to post here.. lolx... This is the easiest work I've ever done man.. hope to get more of such work in future... lolx...

That's all for today folks... Thanks for reading...

      Freaky Train Ride
Today again never go to skool, pontang!! lolx...

Dear came over to my house after skool to "disturb" me so that I'm not able to study for my PPCDL theory test(finally going for the third try...), we ate at Istanbul Gourmet. I ordered a Stuffed Chicken Roll while she chose the Beef Bomb.. It really cost me a bomb as the total cost is $14.00 lolx....

At 6.00pm, We ate some home-made baked potatoes before leaving my house to go back skool for my scheduled test @ 7.00pm and that's when all the trouble start.....

The Train that we were on is faulty(or maybe its the fault of the driver?) and it screech to a stop when it was about to reach bugis station before slowly pulling up to the station... at the station, it took around 10 minutes before the train door open and another 10 minutes or so before the door closes again.....

At Cityhall and Raffles place station, it stop for a few minutes too but the driver don't even bother to open the door and just pull out of the two stations to Tanjong Pagar where they finally anounce that the train is faulty and they are putting it out of service... just what the hell man, fancy not putting the train out of service as soon as its faulty... what kind of services is that?? disappointed at SMRT responses to the situation and the personnel at Tanjong Pagar who is announcing the anouncement still can raise her voice at us... more so when they still raise the fee....

In the end, I did not get to take my theory test because the test room is already locked up by the time I reach workshop 2... wasted $21 just because of Slow response to the MRT situation....and now I gotta waste another $21 to book the next test....

Maybe I should write a letter of complain to SMRT and hope they would compensate my $21... haha I guess its fat chance man... lolx

      Van Gogh Vodka?
Today went to work after skool... was supposed to report at expo hall 4B at 3 pm initially, but the singex personnel told me that the exhibitor wanted me to report there earlier at 1pm to receive their wine cargo (the cargo was already there even before I reach....) anyway, I was cool about it as long as I was paid accordingly to the agreed wages per hour (sorry about not revealing the amount as its commercial secret =Þ hahaha...)

the singex personnel help me get my tag which was need to be able to enter the event hall due to the event not being open until tomorrow (10 nov). the tag show that I was an Exhibitor~~ its cool man as the other two tag from my previous work at Nokia Connect Convention and Singapore Open show only Staff.. lolx

I was shown to where my Employer's event booth was and the Singex personnel named Jermaine was friendly who told me that if I was/feel bored sitting at the booth waiting, I can walk around but just remember to be back at the booth at 3pm as the exhibitor personnel will arrive. the Exhibitor employing me was call Van Gogh (Asia) Co., Ltd. the name sounded quite classy isn't it? according to what I know, Van Gogh is a famous artist from a past century (which I forgot) but the Company is from Shanghai and it sell Vodka. I thought it would be selling some kinda classy red wine from french or so... lolx... nevermind about that..

I went to have my lunch at Orange Julius (Ordered a Pepperoni Cheese dog combo meal and an Julius Original Banana shake) and also walk around to see the other even going on around expo, there's this Asian Fashion Week 2005 Event that feature many interesting fashion design from famous and budding designer I think, it really look like a fashion event with all the lighting and model whatsoever... lolx

I was back at the Booth before 3pm just in case the personnel have arrived and unable to find me (in case they use it as an excuse to "fire" me) but they only reach at 4pm.... argh.... nevermind about that as maybe their flight was delayed or something as they just arrive in Singapore from Shanghai....

Get down with helping them setting up the booth and I had to do things like helping them paste double sided tape on the acrylic signature of Vincent they are putting up, the table cloth and also the stick-on logo onto the walls.... The funniest thing is that the guy who was pasting the stick-on logo onto the wall was not satisfy with the one we had pain-stakingly put up, saying it look to weak... he picked up another which he said its bolder and more strong looking, tear down the one already done up and paste the new logo up only to find out that its similar!!!!! all that for nothing.... bleahx....

After all the putting up and tearing down, we finally completed everything that are needed to be done today at around 7.50 pm (earlier than the 9pm that are predicted) and we all left the Expo hall leaving many waste material for the cleaner to clean up...

When I leave Expo, there are still quite alot of people coming to expo.. strange though as most of the even that day are only till 7pm.... on my way home, I brought chicken rice from Hola Cafeteria for dinner.... haha...

Well, this is my first long-winded blurb that I've ever wrote... and I shall just end here... lolx...

      Funny Rain
Yesterday nite's rain was very funny... one seconds its a heavy downpour while another seconds, its just a drizzle.... what's happening to the world man..?

Today woke up late and in the end, I didn't get to see the PAYM Wakeboard Asia Pro Tour... Went to eat the Dian Xiao Er's Famous Roasted Duck at Marina Square with Dear before going to Orchard Road to shop around for her assessory slippers but she ended up buying a pair of Piere Cardin Shoe which is quite nice to me....

After That, we went to Tang's to look for the Corrochan's Corroke(sp?) which she wanted to eat so much... but unfortunately, all the stores are already closed...so we got no choice but to go home as there's nothing else to do at Orchard Road anyway...

      Doom
Meet up with Aaron, Yerong, Raymond, Francis and Fuyuan today to watch doom... Was supposed to meet them earlier for DotA but unfortunately am unable to wake up as I slept at 3am yesterday....

After the movie which was not very nice as it's quite similar to Resident Evil in one way or another, we went to eat chicken rice at the coffee shop that sells mutton soup... The chicken rice was quite nice although I was given a chicken wing(sigh... Hate it when I eat chicken rice with wing...), Francis went to meet Zhenhui before we start to eat..

Having no where to go after lunch, Yerong suggest that we go play pool for an hour. We agreed and went to the K Pool centre at Pavilion... My pool skill was rusty to the core as it's been a long time since I last played (although I won Yerong one round)... Yerong make a funny mistake in the first round, touching the ball when I did not even fault -_-" Lolx...

After pool we went home as we have no where else to go and we are also broke...

      Class Total : 20(est) - Today Attendance: 4
Nice one man, today went to skool for the Capt. Federick J. Francis' Marine Insurance Tutorial where the Class strength stand at a pathetic total of 4 person.... nice dudes...

Anyway, did learn somethings about marine insurance's basic principle such as indemnity, subrogation, insurable interest, proximate cause and (the best loved)Utmost Good Faith..... lolx

after skool, went to carrie house where we go cycling... Our destination was to be Bukit Timah Nature Reserves but unfortunately, we ended up going to Dairy Farm Road, Bukit Panjang, Bukit Gombak before finally arriving back to Bukit Batok... once again, I never get to go the the Nature Reserves... sigh....

After all the cycling, my butt hurts like hell when i try to sit on the hard floor or a chair.... lolx... guess it will took at least 3 days before it will heal....

I'm dead tired after today's activities, so I guess I'll just end here and maybe post again another day..

      Selemat Hari Raya
Selemat Hari Raya to all my muslim friends out there...

Today I went to have a look at the WBA PAYM Xpression Session at Marina Promenade alone @ around 4.00pm.. well, although the standard of the tricks is not as good as the Wakeboard Worldcup held recently at Bedok Reservoir, it was good nevertheless as it mostly feature local wakeboarder...

After the event ended @ around 5.10pm, I went for dinner at Marina Square where I finally get to try out on the water-rise pancake burger... it's not consider a delicacy but still taste nice to me... for dessert, I had a scoup of Bravissimo's D24 Durain ice-creme which tastes so "heavenly" (ok, I guess that saying it tastes very nice will do... lolx...)

Having no where to go and there's skool tomorrow, I just headed straight home after finishing watever food that I had bought...

Well, there's the PAYM Asian Xcursion 2005 Wakeboard Asia Pro Tour coming up on the 5-6 of nov which is on this coming Saturday and Sunday that are not to be missed either(still rue missing the wakeboard worldcup... -_-")... The Event starts from 9.00am onwards and there are also other competitions and events such as Agressive In-line Skating, Break-dancing, stunt bike as well as Skateboarding competition to look forward to...
